引言 Introduction
在全球化的浪潮之下，跨國的人才流動及商務合作已經是常態，國際化人才的培育成為世界各國共同關注的重要課題。尤其近年在新冠疫情影響之下，遠距工作已經成為新興的工作型態，工作者們在本地就能與全球的企業共同合作。國際化人才的重要性與日俱增，除了自身領域的專業外，還有哪些能力是必要的呢？讓我們一同為台灣的學生找到突圍國際的破口，為台灣培育國際人才，為國際人才找到成功方程式！
Driven by globalization, cross-border talent flows and business collaboration have become the norm. The cultivation of internationalized talent has thus become an important shared concern around the world. This is particularly true as remote work becomes a new normal due to the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic in the past few years. Workers can remain where they are while collaborating with companies all over the world. Needless to say, the importance of international talents continues to grow. Seeing this trend, we hope to work together to help Taiwanese students find opportunities to get onto the global stage, to cultivate international talents for Taiwan and provide them with the formula for success.
